As a Business Relationship Manager you will be fully accountable for helping to develop the businesses in your North West patch. You essentially provide the corporate support for a varied type of business entrepreneur who have all invested in sites. Your role will vary from policing through to consultancy. Example areas are:
• Rent and lease reviews
• Advise on effect operational management
• Consulting on local marketing and networking
• Developing action plans
• Reviewing and following up performance of individual businesses.
Who we're looking for
This role requires a proven area manager from either a hospitality operations background, or a retail background. You will be a leader, and an effective influencer. You will be commercially aware, and able to back this up with your track record in financially managing the region of sites you control.
