To provide a range of legal skills, principally dealing with prosecutions relating to environmental crime on behalf of the Council.
Who we're looking for
The post holder will manage their own caseload of prosecutions relating principally to environmental crimes and also anti-social behaviour orders. The caseload will vary from the giving of advice to appearing on behalf of the Council in the Magistrates' and County Courts and will include advising other service units.
