Regional Sales Manager opportunity for this boutique brand cosmetics business for the Midlands. Overseeing a team of 7 sales development managers and over 30 accounts, this is a diverse role centred around a passionate and enthusiastic leadership style with an engaging approach to customer service and a pro-active sales nature.
Who we're looking for
• We are looking for someone who loves cosmetics and has a passion for sales and driving a team to new heights.
• A proven record in multi-site management is a pre-requisite for this role and a background in cosmetics and/or fashion retail would be an advantage
• You should be an outgoing individual who loves to lead on the shop floor by example - spreading your enthusiasm for our products through your team.
