Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will work in a busy varied Generalist HR position within a Corporate environment. They will have a particular focus on Employee Relations matters and will be a key point of contact for their client group. They will get involved with key HR projects at an exciting time of change along with day to day Generalist activities.
Who we're looking for
A credible HR professional, of degree calibre and holding the CIPD qualification. In person they will be professional and resilient, able to deal with a changing environment. Ideally they will have worked within a complex commercial organisation. Exposure to Professional Services, Financial Services or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous.
