Excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join niche insurance litigation practice dedicated to defending professional and other liability claims.
You will be handling claims on behalf of insurers and primarily professional indemnity claims including advising as to coverage, reserving, liability of the Insured, quantum.

The office has a well established client base consisting of major insurers and the need to recruit new claims handlers has arisen due to an increase in instructions/client base.

Who we're looking for
Our client is seeking a junior lawyer with experience in defending professional negligence claims in relation to surveyors, architects, engineers, accountants, solicitors and other professionals. NQs will have a solid academic background and ideally have trained at a strong professional indemnity practice.
