As the Store Manager for this brand new store you will have overall accountability for the success of the store and its team.
Your two key focus areas will be growing sales and the continual improvement of customer service.
Your team is critical to the success of the store and you will also be responsible for their training and development and most importantly keeping them motivated to succeed.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
• Experience of managing in a high street retail environment
• Experience of managing in an assisted selling environment where interaction with the customer is an important part of the in store experience. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and inspiring your team to do the same
• Proven experience in the training and development of your team
• Someone who understands the importance of product and visual merchandising
