As a Deputy Manager within this leading Furniture company you will responsible for a considerable store turnover across a large showroom environment. You will be responsible for developing a relentless sales culture and an excellent working environment.

Who we're looking for
As the Deputy Manager you will posses the following skills, the ability to motivate a sales team, the ability to develop and manage a team, and the commercial awareness to adapt to an ever changing market.

About our client
My client currently has 190 store nation wide. It accounts for over 50 million items going out to over 2.5 million homes per year.

What's on offer
Up to £24,000 as a basic salary with an annual bonus of up to approx. £15,000
