The Valuations Surveyor will take responsibility for regeneration projects throughout the region. The candidate will join an established team and will be involved in property management and acquisitions.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following attributes :
• MRICS or FRICS Qualified.
• Knowledge or experience of regeneration projects.
About our client
The client is a leading business support company providing consultancy services to the public sector predominately. As well as property and housing they also work in various other sectors including highways, infrastructure, energy to name but a few.
What's on offer
The client will pay a salary of between £30'000 and £40'000 plus benefits including pension, holidays and additional benefits associated with working for a leading U.K business.
