The primary focus of this Interim HR Business Partner vacancy is to drive HR projects forward whilst providing assistance to other members of the business partner teams when their expertise is utilised away from their primary responsibilities. Based from offices in Hampshire, some European travel will be necessary as required.The main emphasis of this role will be supporting business partners on assigned HR projects therefore you will be a strong relationship builder within both Hr and client groups.

Who we're looking for
You will be an HR Business Partner with strong project management skills, capable of working in a highly matrix environment working with a high degree of autonomy. You will have strong knowledge of Uk employment law and working experience of TUPE. German language skills are highly desirable as is experience of German employment law however this is not a pre-requisite.
