My client, is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to be based Midlands with travel. Looking after a client base of 500 within the Commercial function you will work with HR Business Partners and Commercial leaders to develop the learning and development programme, leveraging the full range of activities available and supporting the implementation and evaluation of these programmes.
Alongside HR you will be responsible fordeveloping and implement ing a talent development strategy for graduates as well sharing good practice and delivering key initiatives. You willbe responsible for supporting and driving a culture of learning across the business and will act as a source of learning and development expertise for HR Business Partner's and line managers. You will have responsibility for your own T&D budget.
Who we're looking for
Ideally CIPD qualified you will have a proven career in Learning and Development - with an ability to think and work strategically whilst maintaining the ability to deliver outstanding training.
You will also have the following skills and experience;
• Be a strong presenter / facilitator able to engage a group
• Excellent communication and influential skills
•Customer service orientated
•Have a proven ability to implement actions and deliver results
• Passionate about people development
