This role covers two busysites and forms part of the HR team across Scotland reporting directly into the Regional HR Manager.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide HR support and assistance in recruiting and training staff, management development, looking after the HR team, dealing with issues advising Managers and Senior Management. Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and developing opportunities for business growth is central to the role.
Who we're looking for
Human Resources experience in a hospitality or retail environment is essential and this role may suit a single site HR individual hoping to develop their career. CIPD qualification is not necessary however, office administration experience would be beneficial for this role as well as a strong generalist HR knowledge.
