Job Role
- Customizing of ECC-SD and CRM modules of SAP and integration into other SAP modules and systems and other satellite systems in the company“s landscape
- Assist in documentation of customizing
- Create functional and technical specifications for Interfaces, Conversion, Forms, Reports and Enhancements and support external and internal development
- Create detailed testing scenarios and perform testing
- Assist in training preparation of user training of key-users and end-users
- Assist in integration of additional and local requirements into the global template
- Participate and actively support country rollouts
- Attend functional and cross-functional project team meetings
Who we're looking for
- University degree and/or degree in Computer Science
- Ideally to have SAP SD and two years CRM experience
- Configuation experience
- Understanding of the SAP Project Lifecycle
- A comprehemsive understanding of SAP business processes and delivery in a commercial environment
- Analytical and excellent problem solving-skills
- Flexible and at ease in an international environment
- Able to focus on customer satisfaction and delivery management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
