This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join a well established Business Services Consultancy which offers a range of services to clients including employment law and health and safety expertise.The role will cover the Birmingham and Coventry area and you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients from all sectors and all sizes, offering them tailor made solutions in all areas of Human Resources including:
• Recruitment
• Employee Relations
• Disciplinaries & Grievances
• Employment Law
• Employment Tribunals
• Contracts
• Maternity, Paternity, sickness etc
The role will be based from home and will involve travel each week within your region to your clients in order to build a lasting relationship and ensure that the highest level of service is provided to each customer.There is a separate business development department within the organisation so your role focuses on providing HR solutions to clients rather than generating new business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a Human Resources generalist ideally who has already worked as a HR Consultant. It is essential for candidates to have excellent employment law knowledge and employee relations experience and have the ability to work autonomously in a role. Chartered CIPD is preferred and you must be a self -starter with excellent business acumen and commercial awareness. A full UK driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel around the West Midlands.
