My client is a well respected Not For Profit organisation who is transforming their HR function and is looking for an HR Advisor for the frontline of their new HR function. A truly generalist role encompassing disciplinary and grievances, absence management, recruitment and selection and performance management.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification or equivalent and come from a Not For Profit, Education or Public Sector background with an emphasis on youth interaction.A self starter who can impact and drive the organisation's HR function forward would excel.
