This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to come on board to join this small and exciting Investment firm based in luxurious and spacious serviced offices the heart of the West End.
In this role you will provide the highest standards of support to the Director of Europe at this American Investment firm. He is a demanding and professional character who has a certain standard to which he likes all of his work to be completed. He is constantly on the go and expects good and quick reactions from you in regards to last minute changes in his very busy schedule and itinerary. He is looking for a fast learner, someone with energy and a strong character to handle the pressure that comes with the role. He is also looking for someone with an interest in the firm and someone who is able to show initiative and willing. You need to be reliable and friendly, able to deal with a variety of people and not get fazed by difficult characters or situations by always remaining professional and calm.
You will be responsible for his diary and international travel arrangements and will report directly to him. You will be part of a team of five people and therefore it is important that you are able to self motivate and manage your own work load unsupervised. The Director will also be travelling on assignments for about 1-2 weeks every month and therefore it is imperative that you are able to support him remotely and handle all the duties on your own back in UK offices.
The is a client facing element to this role as you will be involved in project work and client liaisons for these events. You will have the opportunity to devise marketing materials with the team and then be responsible for the realisation of the materials. There is a set protocol and format which runs throughout the entire corporation which must be utilised buy all members of staff to ensure consistence and the highest levels of customer service. It is therefore important that you are able to adapt to new standards and adopt them as your own standard of working.
In this role you will be responsible for the support of the director and be involved in the project work however you will also be responsible for supporting 2 additional members of the team in regards to their diary and travel arrangements when needed.The scope for growth and learning in the firm is fantastic and should you want to learn and develop the sky is your limit!
