Typical duties are, but not limited to: -
• Organise meetings
• Organise and keep up-to-date diaries
• Organise travel arrangements
• Deal with expenses
• Provide telephone cover or ensure it is provided
• Archiving and retrieval of archived boxes
• Responsibility for updating Intranet material
• Dealing with new joiner/leaver matters and HR related issues
• Team centre of excellence and expert on internal HR and Admin procedures
• Budget assistance
• Administration for induction courses
• Team meeting minutes and agendas
• Assist with presentations, various documents and Team management information
• Updating hard copy of rule books, e.g.. LME Rule book
• Monitoring stationary levels and order when required including business cards and any other office devices
• Organise all team events (mass lunch, off-sites, etc)
• Booking and following up for financial regulatory courses and exams for business
Who we're looking for
• Financial Services background
• Advanced MS Office
