The responsibilities are:
• Introduction of new products and business
• Assisting in quote process, liaising with sales and the estimating department.
• Ensure all adequate processes are in place. procedures, tools, equipment & labour to meet with the overall NPI plan.
• Provide regular reports to the management team on project progress
• Prepare and monitor cost models for each project
• Maintain continuous improvement in areas of quality, profitability and delivery performance

The ideal Candidate will have:
• NPI
• Continuous Improvement
•Ability to set accurate deadlines for projects
• Have the ability to communicate on all levels
