This is a Transaction Managers position with an Operational slant for a Financial Services business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Responsible for highlighting any key operational issues/challenges during due diligence and ensuring, post acquisition, that all systems, reporting and financial practices are aligned with broader company objectives and are fully and efficiently integrated into the wider business. Responsible for operational aspects of due diligence and successful integration of acquired businesses to a high consistent standard.
Who we're looking for
3-4 years minimum operational experience within a corporate environment, proven track record of project management and effective execution, integration experience is a strong advantage, broad knowledge of Financial Planning or IFA sectors is also an advantage. Experienced in change management, whether organic growth , start up or buy and build environments. The successful candidate will have a strong ethos of high corporate standards, be detail orientated, ambitious and hard working with the ability to deliver aggressive timescales without close supervision. You must also be a qualified accountant.
