This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual, the role is reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for delivering an ongoing programme to aggressively buy and build within the sector. Key requirements will to to robustly screen a set of potential opportunities, and ensure effective integration of acquired businesses into the overall business with a team to assist.
Leadership of a small, focussed team
Assist in transaction origination process and researching opportunities
Prepare initial transaction reviews and investment presentations
Structuring and negotiation of transactions, followed by full integration of acquired businesses and co-ordination of
Who we're looking for
Given the aggressive acquisition strategy, aproven project management track record is critical. You will be a strong leader with motivational skills, decisive and process focussed, an effective communicator and entrepreneurial by nature. You will have at least 3 years integration and project management experience with a preferable knowledge in IFA sectors. This is a high pressure environment so the ability to time manage effectively and be tenacious and determined is alsorequired.
