To provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support service from the Midlands HR office; to provide general HR support, including particular project work, to the HR Manager, and some support to the HR Consultant.T
he job holder will provide a comprehensive HR administration service and support to the HR Manager and Consultant, providing a service to approximately 475staff.

• The HR administrative function is responsible for managing recruitment and participating in recruitment and selection for the Midlands.

• The job holder will contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

• The post holder has 1 direct report (HR Administrator)

Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD qualification
• Educated to A level of equivalent standard
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical skills
• A high level of administrative skills
• Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management skills - ability to organise, schedule and plan own work and that of others.
• Excellent communication skills - written and face to face
• Extensive interview skills


Experience<BR>
• Proven successful experience of dealing with recruitment at varying levels
• Proven experience of working in an HR department in an administrative/support role
• Supervisory experience
