An exciting Senior Business Analyst / Management Accountant role within an award winning housing association in Old Street, London.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Deputy Finance Director working at the heart of the group reporting team providing financial information and support to a wide range of managers and budget holders. In particular you will be responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and timely management reports, delivering analytical information to key decision makers.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified or part qualified accountant with evidence of:

• Good exposure to all areas in management accounts.
• A proven track record of producing management information.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to continue building interdepartmental relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness.

Knowledge of the housing sector would be an advantage, however we will seriously consider those applicants who can demonstrate the passion and desire to work with us in moving our organisation forward.

What's on offer
£34,000 pa plus 5% performance related pay, 27 days Holiday and flexi leave
