As an area manager, you will be responsible for delivering growth and providing your team with a fun and supportive environment to work in. This will involve:
• Driving standards across your shops
• Driving sales and profit
• Training and development of your staff and management populations
Who we're looking for
As an area manager, you will lead from the front. You will be able to understand and motivate your team, with an exceptional flare for retail. You will have a track record in managing a large food- lead retail outlet delivering over £70k/week, or in a cluster/multi-site retail/food service role
