This is a great opportunity to join a truly international business which has a diverse global client baseincluding banks and financial institutions.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager this role will involve managing software development and implementation projects of varying size and complexity within the business. Projects range from ad-hoc client requests through to the delivery of a large programme of changes such as a product launch.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Project monitoring and tracking using project management methodologies
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget requirements.
• Management of Project staff
• Strategic business/technical planning and decision-making
• Client management on a global basis.

The project management team is responsible for delivering a high project success rate for all projects managed by the Company ensuring client expectations are fully met or exceeded.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record of success as aProject Manager gained within a software development or hi-tech business.

Candidates with a professional qualification i.e. Six Sigma, Prince 2 or PMP, and a degree or equivalent in an IT related field, are particularly sought.

In addition candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of managing diverse resources across multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in issue and risk management and change facilitation
• Ability to analyse and solve complex problems in a concise and effective manner
• IT experience, specifically in application development, life cycle methodology and banking / card applications

What's on offer
