The role as Regional Business Partner will be to a develop key relationships with the senior management team and make sure that HR adds value to the organisation. You will be involved in the development of HR Strategy, the development of key management and managing HR issues across the sites.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally come from a FMCG manufacturing background with a broad HR background and be a member of the CIPD. You will have exposure to HR strategy and not only developing this but also implementing into the business.
