An urgent requirement has arisen to join a well known unionised organisation in Middlesex as an HR Business Partner. You will work as part of the management team to implement change and to support the management restructure. You will be an expert in Employee Relations and in Industrial Relations. This is a fast paced environment and you will be supporting the business as the win new contracts to push the business forward.

Who we're looking for
You will need to be a persuasive individual with the ability to adapt to change. You will have proven skills in employee relations and will have worked with Trade Unions. This is a demanding role and the successful individual will need to be able to manage expectations, working closely with the business in a changing culture. A background in a manufacturing/logistics or retail background would be of particular interest.
