As Project Manager you will oversee a range of projects within the East Midlands working alongside Local Authorities, Housing Associations and RSL's in delivering Decent Homes projects.
Reporting to the Director you will be confident in leading and overseeing a range of personnel including site managers, supervisors and operatives, not to mention liaising with sub contractors and clients alike.
You will be responsible for managing, organising, coordinating, and monitoring all activities and functions of the project .
Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will possess:
• A proven ability in Project Managing works of this nature within the Social Housing sector.
• The ability to oversee a range of personnel and coordinate affectively.
• A thorough understanding of the Social Housing industry.
• Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills
