As a result of business growth we are looking to hire an HR Manager who can build on existing good practice and ultimately move the people agenda forward in the organisation. Taking responsibility for an headcount of approaching 400, the successful candidate will work with the business to drive a series of HR initiatives which will further build capability and a talent pipeline as the organisation grows.
Culture change and driving a 'best place to work' environment are among key business objectives and we expect the new HR manager to own these areas of the business plan.

This is a stand alone role which will report to the Managing Director and is based in Leeds.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has experience of working in a standalone environment and is well capable of influencing at all levels of the organisation. Attitude is just as important as technical skill in this environment as we expect the new HRM will be able to add value from day one through their positive approach to the role and ability to quickly develop business relationships. They should be CIPD qualified and have demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment which will be examined at interview stage.
