Do you have experience of raising the profile of HR within a challenging retail organisation? My client is currently going through a period of significant change and as such, is looking for a true HR Business Partner to champion the HR strategic people plan and provide an exceptional service for the division. You will work in partnership with the Recruitment Manager, L&D Manager and Centralised ER team to ensure that thearea is receiving the required level of service to the retail division. Primarily based in West London, the HR Business Partner - Retail will need to travel to various locations across the UK.
Who we're looking for
You will have a natural passion to drive HR initiatives and have operated as a true HR Business Partner within a retail or similar fast paced environment. You will have worked on a number of company wide projects and will have proven project management skills, ideally within change. This is a generalist role that requires the successful candidate to have a full understanding of ER, L&D and recruitment activities. Experience of operating in an outsourced or shared services environment would be highly advantageous.

Between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience
