This varied and exciting role will be field based where you will be coaching and developing your team in order to grow the business throughout the country while adhering to the Benefit Business Model, maximising on all retail opportunities.
Mail Responsibilities will include:
Retail Sales
• Work with Sephora within Europe to agree and achieve annual retail sales targets
• To continually focus on driving retail sales by training and coaching your team
•Monitor and analyse weekly figures and forecasts while analysing all new product sales to ensure all opportunities are maximised
People Management
• Recruitment in line with budget and business needs
• To ensure all employees are managed in line with company expectations and standards and within the proper legal framework
New Store Openings
• To Identify new distribution opportunities and to assist in commercial negotiations including location, counter space and new openings within new stores.
• To build strong relationships with Head office and Sephora
Forecasting/Budgets
• Produce annual budget as well as producing monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Continually review the P & L ensuring it is in line with agreed objectives
Marketing/Merchandising
• Protect the Benefit brand by ensuring global visual guidelines are adhered to at all times and reflected in all Sephora doors.
• Build and Execute an optimum marketing plan with Sephora to deliver business objectives.

Who we're looking for
In order to succeed in this exciting but challenging role we are looking for candidates with:
• Extensive commercial retail experience
• Multi Site Management is essential
• Excellent commercial awareness and Business acumen
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, strong ability within problem solving and analytical skills
• Good Planning and Organisation Skills
You will be outgoing and personable with a real passion for the brand and the industry. Ideally you will have cosmetics or fashion experience but what is really key in this role is personality

Benefit have currently 1000 counters in 25 countries with massive expansion plans. Recently Benefit Cosmetics have gone into partnership with Sephora within Europe to support their expansion plan and Benefit will have a massive presence within the Sephora Stores.
