As a General Manager/Store Manager you will be fully accountable for the overall success of the store. Managing a large team consisting of several managers and staff your store will demand a very dedicated and experienced General Manager. You will be accountable for a multi-million pound store with responsibilities to match. Working for the market leader in the DIY sector, a General Manager position requires a leader who can cope with a very challenging store environment .
Who we're looking for
You will currently be an existing General Manager or senior Manager within a food, Non Food, Electrical or DIY environment . You must be accountable for a multi million pound operation taking at least 20 million or more per year. Your desire to provide an excellent customer shopping experience is only matched by your desire to achieve and exceed sales targets in a challenging environment .
