Head Of IT Development

Reporting to the Head of IT, your key responsibilities will include:
• To lead and motivate the Systems Development team including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers and Technical Analysts
• Assist the Head of IT in developing and implementing the Trust's IT strategic objectives
• To ensure the Systems Development team select, develop and implement systems that deliver true value.
• Take a lead role across the full project life cycle, defining project methodology and meeting the system needs of the Trust

Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished manager with excellent project management exposure across the full project life cycle, focused on systems ideally with an understanding of the difference between the not for profit and commercial sector. You will use your depth of technical knowledge in a Microsoft environment and business focus to fully appreciate the issues facing the Trust and deliver the appropriate solutions.
