As Project Manager, your role will be-
• Overseeing all operational aspects of one of our clients key maintenance accounts
• To manage the day to day operation of a major contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction and involvement. Controlling all elements of the contract, including budgeting, cost control and client liaison.
• To manage an office team and a directly employed operational team
• To ensure that the Project target dates are maintained
• To monitor and control work flow
• To mentor Supervisors, operatives and trainees
• To play a key role in assisting the Senior Contracts Manager to achieve their objectives and client KPI's
• To maintain a customer focus ethos throughout all the team
Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will have
• Excellent, demonstration of man management skills
• Current knowledge of social housing and health and safety legislation
• Knowledge of the operation and management of contracts
• Knowledge of financial management techniques, branch management and I.T. systems
• Practical knowledge, preferable in refurbishment programmes, a response repairs and/or void maintenance operation with strong customer focus
• Comfortable in the management of both operative and office staff
•Knowledge of working with computerised systems
• Financial and budgetary control
• This may suit someone taking a step up from an assistant Project management or Site Management role.
