Due a recent promotion an exciting and carried HR officer vacancy has arisen at one of clients for an experienced hardworking HR professional. A fast paced an challenging role, it will offer the right candidate an ideal opportunity to consolidate and build on their experience within a supportive, forward thinking HR Team. Supporting a challenging client base ofc200 employees the role will involve:
• Supporting guiding line managers through disciplinaries, grievance and restructures
• Consulting with and advising line managers all aspects regarding recruitment and retention
• Monitoring and improving sickness and absence across the business
• Training and development of line managers in areas such as interviewing techniques, talent management and appraisals.
• Conducting new starter inductions
• Coordinating with and managing external service providers
Who we're looking for
• Previous experience of working at a HR advisor or officer level previously
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• CIPD part qualified and above is preferred
