Working for this major merchant within the plumbing products industry, you will accountability to maximise the profitability of the Area, ensuring that its resources are exploited efficiently and that the overall operation is aligned towards exceptional customer service and significant profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the Regional Trading Director, set the direction for the Area, including the delivery of the business plan and establishing/communicating aims and objectives.
Develop a culture within the Area based on high performance and agreed customer care principles and objectives.
Build and develop the customer portfolio to maximise sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Improve and expand the business by looking for new opportunities in new markets with new customers.
Who we're looking for
You will have demonstrable field experience having worked for a merchantand ideally have experience with plumbing related products.
