Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, the Group Financial Accountant will have a broad range of responsibilities that will include:
• Managing the production and audit of Statutory Accounts of the UK group and subsidiaries
• Being IFRS expert within the group, and ensuring the timely implementation on new International Financial Accounting Standards across the Group
• Managing the accounting, trustee reporting and audit of the group pension scheme
• Assisting with financial aspects that arise from acquisitions, disposals and re-structures
• Supporting the senior management team and controllers across the Group with ad hoc Analysis and assistance
• Assisting with the review and maintenance of consolidation system for the Group
• Assisting in the production and analysis of monthly group management accounts, forecasts and budget.
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant, looking for an entry point into a successful and ambitious organisation. You will have first class organisational skills along with a genuine attention to detail and analytical view. You need to be able to adapt to demanding and challenging conditions. Most importantly, you will be a team player who is comfortable working as part of a small team where you will need to assist others with their work. Whilst previous experience of consolidation work would be a benefit, the key thing is your ability to learn quickly and be able to deal with a varied and challenging workload.

What's on offer
c. £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + car allowance, bonus & excellent benefits
