Reporting into the HR Director, the Interim HR Manager will take responsibility for providing HR service to the organisation and employees. You willwork closely with line managers to contribute to the development of corporate HR strategy, support advise and coach managers in relation to employee relations including disciplinary and grievance and sickness absence. You will also take responsibility for informal coaching sessions and assisting with in house training where appropriate.
This will be a challenging and busy role,and you must be able to influence managers and really work to increasethe standing of HR within the organisation.
Who we're looking for
The Interim HR Manager must demonstrate the following;
• CIPD
• Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, hr policies and procedures
• Strong influencing andbusiness partnering approach
• Goal orientated, customer focused individual with a pro-active approach
