Key responsibilities of theRegional Accountant include:
Reporting to the Dublin based Senior Financial Controller, and in close working relation with the Consolidation Manager
1. Results Driven
• Book incoming invoices, bank statements, travel expenses with local office managers support
• Determine and books relevant monthly closing entries
• Fill in the consolidation input sheets
• Manage the invoice payment approval process
• Monthly cash forecasts
• Ascertain implementation of procedures
• Responsibility for aspects of balance sheet accounting, including monthly review of bank reconciliations, and ensuring provisions are managed in line with company policy
• Manages the invoice payment approval process

2. Profile:
• Document accounting policies and recommend best practice for reporting / accounting
• Development and streamlining of reporting
• Develop financial systems and procedures for recording, reporting and analysing performance
Who we're looking for
• Strong accountant, willing to process daily bookings through to consolidation input sheets
• Strong Excel skills essential and Navision exposure (preferable but not essential)
• Confident candidate who can work autonomously
• Time dedicated to meet deadlines
• Sociable, personable and articulate demeanour
