The Facilities Manager will provide a professional building and facilities management service to the client supporting the building maintenance and facilities function and acting as the primary point of contact.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will have the following attributes:
• ONC in a relevant building discipline.
•Knowledge of the retail sector and multi-site experience.
• Budget Management experience.
About our client
The client is an independent retailer operating out of over 182 outlets nationwide.
What's on offer
The client will pay a salary of approximately £35000 plus a company car and laptop.
