National Sales Manager - on trade

As National Sales Manager you have a multi-faceted role. Primarily you will be tasked with driving the business within the on-trade, this will include developing short, medium and long-term objectives, strategies and plans. You will do this via effective management of NAM's, ensuring they achieve against targets, drive sales and implement development plans and account profitability processes. In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining influential on-trade relationships with major customer groups in order to grow sales, profit and brand distribution.

Who we're looking for
You will be a proven man manager, with significant on-trade experience in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will undoubtedly have a National Account pedigree and a background in high level negotiation. Your strong commercial acumen and influencing capability will be essential to the successful delivery of the company's business strategy. The ability to identify new opportunities whilst utilising all sources of information and resources will be critical to your success in this role.
You will be of graduate calibre with a demonstrable desire to move your career forward. This role requires an individual not wishing to stand still, but wishing to challenge themselves and the people that work for them, to deliver results and exceed targets.
Candidates should have knowledge of the key business dynamics within the on trade channel, although expansive experience in the drinks industry is not a prerequisite.

A market leading FMCG drinks company with a flair for innovation and success. Arising from the ongoing growth of the GB business, the Company is now seeking to appoint an additional National Sales Manager in the On Trade.
The On Trade channel is key for the business and this additional resource will enable the delivery of business objectives by exceeding the volume and distribution targets. This will give the team the opportunity and scope to get closer to key customers, delve deeper into their business, to unlock better relationships and opportunities for growth.
