Our client is seeking an Operations Director with proven track record in a senior level Operational role as part of their ongoing growth and development.
Based out of our Client's office in the East Midlands you will be responsible for the management of 2 regional offices, totalling to 70 employees, with a turnover of £10m.
The delivery of these projects on time and on budget is critical to the ongoing development of the organisation within the Building Services sector.
You will be tasked with ensuring teams deliver new and ongoing projects in the specific timescales set out by the client.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record in the operational management of a regional office.
• Full P + L responsibility.
• The ability to deliver a range of projects in the building services/domestic sector on time and within budget.
• First class communication and inter-personal skills.
• A demonstrable background in the management, development and the leading of project teams.
•The personality and presence to represent and develop the business within the region.
• The ability to develop and maintain key account relationships.
• Full working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Commercial acumen.
• Experience of reporting into Board members.
