Key Customer Manager

The successful individual will have a number of key responsibilities:
• develop and implement strategic plans for each key customer in the portfolio (c.10 customers)
• promote the complete product and service range to all customers including new products, services and technology/applications as they are developed
• ensure that all applications are understood to that new growth opportunities can be identified and exploited
• network and influence internally to ensure top levels of customer service and client retention

Who we're looking for
Ideally you will tick the following boxes:
• strategic selling and account planning skills
• relationship building skills coupled with ability to manage complex decision-making units
• B2B background, degree calibre individual with highly developed business acumen
• experience of selling a product into the Food & Beverage sector and a clear understanding of how to strategically grow a business unit
