The Real Estate Finance Team which sits between the Banking Group and Real Estate Group are now looking for a further high calibre lawyer for Liverpool. This is an excellent career opportunity with an exciting caseload.
Who we're looking for
• You will have a demonstrable track record.
• Previous exposure to a similar real estate finance/banking team from a City or top regional firm or the legal department of a financial institution preferred.
• The work will primarily involve structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating facility and security documentation and project managing the transaction to completion.
• There are excellent opportunities for client contact and practice development, as well as the chance to become involved in project finance and structured real estate transactions.
• The team acts for a blue chip client base of household name financial institutions.
