This role will appeal to any individual who has a track record of working within a strong regional/national law firm focusing on corporate finance based transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and mergers, fundraising and share capital deals within a growing team.

Who we're looking for
•You will be driven, determined and will have the ability to be a real team player. Equally important is your excellent knowledge of your discipline and networking skills.

• You will be keen to make the defining move in your legal career. Opportunities exist for those already in a Senior CorporateSolicitor role or indeed those aspiring to do so.
