Commercial IP Solicitor

Private Practice

Thames Valley

Permanent ⁄ £38000 - £45000

You will join a team and assist more senior lawyers in the Commercial Team and have a particular focus on IP work.
The role offers excellent prospects for a junior commercial IP solicitor. You will be dealing predominantly with IP work including trade marks work and you will have direct contact with clients and opportunities for business development/marketing.
The team is young and energetic with ambitions for expansion and great clients to work with, including working for national and international healthcare organisations; an international engineering company; an international waste disposal company; an internationally well know chef; local SMEs; technology companies etc.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have Commercial legal experience as an essential, ideally gained in a private practice law firm. IP experience would be an advantage. Marketing/business development experience would also be an advantage.
Our client is looking for a proactive and hard working individual who wants to be part of the firms success.
