General Manager - Northern Home Counties, food multiples. After a thorough training programme, you will take control of a large, high turnover, mixed product superstore. You will be the figurehead of a large management team of retail specialists, driving them to deliver industry leading standards and exceptional financial results. Managing through a core senior team, you will focus them on implementing well defined operational systems, whilst analysing your business and considering new ways to improve the business.
Who we're looking for
• This is a very senior role within our client's business and as such this should not be an end point of your career.
• Our client is keen to meet individuals who are able to deliver in such a challenging environment and also possess the potential to grow into a more senior field based role
