Working for a real super brand in the UK market place you will be an existing General Store Manager from a Non-Food retailer. Essentially it comes down to your experience with volume, pace, turnover and management style. This is an ideal role for someone looking to prove themselves at the top of the market place. You will be a great team leader and an inspiration to your people and be passionate about the quality of your product and your service as well as your availability.

Who we're looking for
Already a customer service driven retailer, you will be used to working at pace with a real sense of urgency. You will motivate a team time and time again under pressure and will look forward to the challenge. You will have full accountability for your stores P&L and KPI's.
You will achieve results through communicating with your team, setting clear account measuring performance. If you are struggling to get ahead where you are and demonstrate these skills we can offer you the skills you are looking for.
My client knows food and delivers it well, what they are looking for in new General Managers coming into the business is a Strong Understanding of Non-Food products and how to transfer it into their very successful business.
