Junior Commercial Litigation/Professional Negligence

The role involve reporting to a number of partners and dealing with a range of litigation matters including:

-Professional negligence work against Solicitors and Valuers;
-Acting for Lenders in claims against Valuers on Residential Properties where negligent valuations have been carried out;
-Dealing with issues of deceit, dishonesty and the Solicitors Compensation Fund;
-Dealing with pre-action protocols in the negligence process;
-Instructing experts on issues on the Lenders file;
-Dealing with contributory negligence and mitigation issues; and
-Generally working with claimant orientated work.

Who we're looking for
-Experience gained from a London or good regional firm
-Client focus, with a strength in building and sustaining relationships
-Commercial awareness
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
-The ability to work as part of a team within both the Litigation team and other internal teams across the business
-A developing affinity with marketing and business development
