You will be responsible for managing the operations one of our clients large multiplexes. Your influence will span food, drink, and ensuring that the customer service levels are consistently excelled. You will be expected to manage a team of up to 30 people where you will be involved in their training and development. You will also have the chance to initiate the local marketing campaigns with the support of your assistant cinema managers. This role presents a real challenge , alongside a chance to widen your career experience.
Who we're looking for
• Success driven and commercial managers
• Food and beverage managers, and people from the sports/leisure industry.
• P&L accountability.
• A passion for films and leisure
• A proven track record in people management
