Our Client is looking for high calibre candidates who have at least 2 years management experience for a high volume retailer. The ideal candidate will be expected to deliver K.P.I.'s based on sales, profit, customer service and compliance. The stores ordinarily operate in large out of town sites with a footprint of 10-25,000 Sq Ft, therefore an ability to implement effective processes is essential.
Due to the nature of the product this is a fast moving environment with a heavy bias toward seasonal trading. An ability to deliver innovative merchandising and react to sales patterns is therefore essential.
The ideal candidate will be driven, hard working and determined to develop both their own and their team's careers. Who we're looking for
