Marketing Manager - Option for Partial Payments (m/f)
Mainly focussing on increasing the use of the partial payment option for credit cards by both new and existing clients, your main responsibilities will be:
- Overall responsibility including turnover responsibility for the marketing of partial payments for credit cards
- Increasing the growth potential for the option of payments by instalments
- Efficiently developing and realising a marketing strategy for partial payments
- Developing and implementing a corresponding marketing plan
- Realising the defined marketing campaign (e.g. newsletter, mailings to existing and new clients) and identified PR measures (e.g. conversations with press, debt advisory boards, etc.)
- Analysing and optimising of the client processes in relation with the option for partial payments
- Defining of Business Requirements of System and process adaptations as to promote payments by instalments
- Leadership responsibility for one employee
Who we're looking for
- Education with further training in Marketing (Marketing degree or similar)
- Ideally to have experience in marketing of consumer credit, options for partial payments or leasing (ideally in relation to credit or customer cards, consumer goods or telecommunications)
- Experience within all functional ranges marketing (Card marketing of advantage)
- Knowledge of the processes of the credit card business
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Communicative, independent team player
- Excellent German and English (spoken and written)
